WWII Workshop
Tuesday 13th June
Today, we were visited by Danny, a member of the ARP (Air Raid Precaution) who led a series of activities to help us find out more about what life would have been like in World War II. We took part in a first aid activity, learnt how to put out a fire and how to dispose of an incendiary bomb as well as looking at a timeline of the key events. Did you know that an incredible 690 million people fought in WWII?
