To have experience of: front crawl and backstroke.

Year 4

Swim 25m without putting my feet down.

To have experience of and refine: front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke.

Year 5

Swim 25m without stopping or putting my feet down.

To have experience of and refine: front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke.

To have experience of being able to get myself to the side safely and get out of the water without the use of steps (self-rescue).

Year 6

Swim 25m without stopping or putting my feet down.

To refine being able to get myself to the side safely and get out of the water without the use of steps (self-rescue).
