* There will be no spellings for the next two weeks.*

However, if you wish to continue with weekly spellings test then I would recommend looking at your son/daughter's work to date and selecting words that are not consistently spelt correctly.

You could also select words from the Common Exception Words lists below.  

Repetition of any spellings will help to embed these words in to long term memory. 

Following recent enquiries in to spellings I have decided to upload a weekly spellings list for those of you who wish to complete them with your children. The spellings will continue to have a specific sound focus or will be a selection of the Year 1 Common Exception Words. Please email me if you have any queries.
