Below are a couple of suggestions for ways in which you can integrate some physical activity in to your home learning routine. This week I would like you to think about going for a mile long walk and/or completing some of the activities below.
I would love to see any pictures you would like to share with me of the views and nature that you see whilst out and about.
Andy's Wild Workouts
In Science this term we will be focusing on 'Animals including Humans' so these workouts will be perfect to do at home whilst also offering a cross-curricular link with our learning. I have provided the link for episode 10, but please feel free to choose an alternative or complete more than one.
Animal Dance Moves
