Reception
Welcome to Reception!
In Year R we have an exciting and fun classroom environment and a curriculum that is practical, hands on and led by the children in the class. We love to work inside and outside the classroom.
We are a class of 30 children. We have two teachers - Mrs Savill who teaches on Monday to Thursday and Mrs Giles who teaches on a Friday. We also have Mrs Gadsby and Mrs Hogan who are a part of our team.

For your information...
- We change our readings books once a week on a Friday please bring your book bag everyday.
- Our main PE session will be on a Friday afternoon. Please come to school in suitable PE kit for that day. Our sessions will be inside or outside at this time, weather depending.
- Your child is welcome to bring a drink to school everyday in a named drinks container. No fizzy drinks please. There is water in school for them to refill their containers.
