I sit on the Behaviour, Achievement and Progress Committee and am the link Governor for the Foundation Stage, where I work closely with Mrs Savill.   I am a qualified Nurse and Teacher and was an Associate Dean with Staffordshire University. My role in higher education enables me to value the learning given to pupils at this school in preparing them so well for their continuing education and lifelong learning.

As a senior business manager working for an independently-owned national company, I will be looking to use my skill set and experience to support the school wherever possible during my term. Initially I will be using my finance and management experience to reinforce the Finance and Health & Safety Committee, and I look forward to working alongside the leadership team during my time here

Mrs Caroline Giles

I am privileged to have the opportunity to be a Co-opted Governor at Lilleshall Primary School. My husband and I have lived within the local area for nine years and our two children attend the school. I currently work part time in a neighbouring county as a teacher in Early Years with experience of teaching in KS1 and have been SENDCo for six years. This experience has demonstrated to me the excitement children have for learning and the importance of this passion being continued throughout the rest of their schooling, regardless of abilities. As link Governor for Progress, Achievement and Behaviour, I look forward to working with the team at Lilleshall to continue this journey for all children and to be part of developing what this amazing school has to offer.

When I’m not working and enjoying family life, I like running and have just booked my first ever marathon for next year!
