Art and design stimulates creativity and imagination. It provides visual, tactile and sensory experiences and a unique way of understanding and responding to the world.
The children use colour, form, texture, pattern and different materials and processes to communicate what they see, feel and think. They explore the ideas of other artists. The children are given a breadth of experiences and their work is displayed and celebrated throughout the school and within the local community.
We have regular visits from artists in the community who share their wide range of skills and inspire.
