The following progression document maps out the National Curriculum objectives in each area of maths through each year group. The document clearly identifies the progress through each strand and the prior and subsequent learning for each of the year group objectives. The grid identifies where the main teaching of each objective occurs but these will be revisited frequently throughout the year either as revision sessions or within other teaching units.
