Making Our Learning Fly

We piled on the layers this morning after waking up to snow on the mountains but thankfully the weather has been on our side! With the sun shining, Groups 1 and 3 took on rock climbing and scrambling. Harnessed in and roped up, they tackled both individual and team climbs before testing their nerves with a go at abseiling. Meanwhile, Mr B’s group set off on a mountain walk, stopping at a bothy to toast marshmallows around a log fire. They rounded off their adventure with some creative den building in the wild. For our final activity of the day and fuelled by a delicious roast dinner, we set off on a photo scavenger hunt around the centre. After all of today’s excitement, we were ready to wind down with a few snacks before bed!
