This week is the final week of the summer term and your last ever week in Year 4! I have uploaded a range of revision activities to help you to feel prepared for Year 5. There are also a selection of transition activities, which you can complete and give to Mrs Trusler and Miss Field in September when you return to school. These are an opportunity for you to tell your new teachers all about yourself and what you are looking forward to!
Please let me know if there is anything specific you would like to work on, so that I can prepare that for you as soon as possible. I have loved teaching you all so much and I am so sorry we didn't get to finish the year together! It has been a very strange year, but one we will all remember I'm sure. Thank you so much to those of you who have continued to work hard at home and have been sending me your fantastic work. I am so proud of you all. It truly has made me smile knowing you are still making your learning fly and have been trying your best! I may not have been teaching you in person but I will always remember the brilliant times we have had as a class and all of your wonderful home learning.
I hope you will return to school with the same positive, determined attitude you have finished this year with, ready to learn and have some fun. If you are feeling worried or anxious about returning to school, please make sure you talk to somebody at home, your friends or me. We know that some of you may find returning to school a challenge but please remember, many of you will be in the same boat and you will love seeing all of your friends again! I hope you all have a wonderful summer holiday and take a well-deserved break. Enjoy every minute and I look forward to seeing all of your faces in September (even if from a distance!).
