In school we are now doing PE every Thursday. Try to do an hour of physical exercise at least on a Thursday as well as keeping active throughout the week. You can do this any way you choose, walking, cycling, running etc. There is also Joe Wicks every morning if you want to join his workouts or there is an activity below called 'Avoid the Defenders'. There is an information/instruction page and a video of how to play to watch too.
