This term, PE is on a Monday afternoon (football).
It is important to keep healthy and fit, so I would like you to try and do a little bit of exercise every day. You could go for a walk, ride your bike or scooter, play football in the garden or watch an online video. Breaking up your day with fun, physical activity is a good way to keep your mind and body healthy. Working for long periods of time can lead to poor concentration, so remember to take regular breaks!
