As you know, on a Thursday we usually have our PE sessions with Mr Brassington.
It is so important to keep healthy and fit, try to do something active every day! For example, this could be a bike ride, going for a walk, riding your scooter, playing football in the garden, a yoga video or an exercise video. Having movement breaks will really help you with your home learning, it will give you energy and help you to concentrate better.
