Start your PSHE session this week by practising your calm breathing. Remember to sit comfortably with your feet on the floor and shoulders relaxed and focus your mind on a positive thought, a special person or a happy place. Breathe in through your nose (try to make that breath reach your belly) and out through your mouth.
Building on from last week, this week I would like you to consider what your ideal job would be in the future. Try and be realistic about this - a job that is a goal rather than a dream.
