Hello to all my superstar students,
I hope that you have all had a great weekend and that you are looking forward to your final week in Year One! I am in disbelief that we only have one more week left together before the Summer holidays and wish that we had been able to have our full year together as a class. As always I intend on making this week as fun as possible, so I will be starting to move away from structured lessons at the beginning of the week to free flow activities on Thursday and Friday. Therefore this means that this week's home learning page will be less structured than the previous weeks and will include a mini-project, links to useful websites and some induction activities ready for Year Two.
Please let me know via the class email if you require any resources or home learning advise for the holidays: email@example.com.
I know that some of you will want to continue with a form of home learning over the next 6 weeks, but please do ensure that you allow yourselves a 'good break' before starting Year Two in the Autumn Term.
It really has been wonderful to see and hear from you all and I am very proud of the progress that everyone has made since the start of the year. Keep up your fantastic attitudes, stay safe and keep smiling.
*The final update message for this academic year will be posted on Friday 17th July.*
Pupil Voice Questionnaire
Please find below a quick pupil voice questionnaire on home learning. We would appreciate any time that you may be able to spend on this and look forward to reading your son/daughter's responses. Once you have completed the form I would be very grateful if you could email them to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Thank you in advance your participation and for your continued support.
Feel Good Friday Tune!
School to Home Correspondence
Every Friday the 'Home Learning' page will be updated via each of the topic folders above. You will be able to find all the resources you need and these will be accompanied by a brief description on how you might like to use them. Please feel free to send pictures to the class email so that they can be shared on the website and in school for everyone in the class to see. I hope you enjoy the new topics.
