LF: To sequence and retell a story.


Today, I would like you to re-read and summarise the story.  Next, create a storyboard that covers six key events.  A copy of the story is attached below.

Try to include:

Fronted adverbials e.g. a few minutes later, before long, in the morning
Adverbs e.g. quickly, slowly, ferociously, fearfully
Expanded noun phrases e.g. the deserted, isolated forum
Prepositions e.g. on, under, beneath, over, beside
